It focuses on strengthening the deep postural muscles of the abdomen and spine. With few sessions of practice, students will improve their overall core stability and posture. It is a more customised program which aims to restore full range of movement to the injured area without aggravating it. As a result, It helps each student return to their normal daily routine and even improve performance. By utilizing some props like pole, fit ball, fitness circle roller, Flex band, Rehab Pilates effectively promotes students’ body awareness, postural alignment, core stability, and breathing.
