Acknowledgment of Risk  I acknowledge that participation in physical exercise, training programs, classes, and use of the studio’s equipment and facilities inherently involves risks of physical injury, illness, infectious diseases, or in rare instances, death. I understand these risks and affirm that my participation is entirely voluntary.

Health and Fitness Representation  I represent that I am in good physical condition and have no medical condition, illness, or impairment that would prevent my participation in physical activities at Char Yoga and Wellness Limited. I agree to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new fitness program.

Waiver and Release of Liability  I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives, and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Char Yoga and Wellness Limited, its officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Studio Policies Compliance  I agree to comply with the studio’s policies and rules, including but not limited to all posted studio rules, as well as all verbal instructions from studio staff. I understand that failure to do so may result in my expulsion from the studio.

Photography/Video Release  I consent to be photographed or videotaped during my participation in Char Yoga and Wellness Limited activities and for these photographs and videos to be used for promotional purposes by the studio.

Personal Belongings  I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings while at Char Yoga and Wellness Limited and that the studio is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.

Acknowledgment of Understanding  I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am confirming the agreement freely and voluntarily, and intend by registering any class at Char Yoga and Wellness Limited to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.

Typhoon 8 / Black Rainstorm Class Arrangements 

During Typhoon 8 signal / Black Rainstorm,all classes will remain suspended. 

• If the T-8 / Black rainstorm is hoisted in the morning before the opening of the studio, the classes will resume 2 hrs after the signal is lowered.
• Class credits will not be deducted if the members are booked into a particular class which is cancelled upon the hoisting of the signal
• If the Typhoon 8 / Black Rain signal is lowered after 4:30 pm, all the classes will remain cancelled for the rest of the day.
