本課程以普拉提核心床為主要器械,聚焦深層核心激活與全身穩定性訓練,擺脫淺層肌肉代償問題。課程循序漸進運用核心床滑床、彈簧阻力與繩索牽引,配合精準呼吸控制與脊柱中立位維持,鍛鍊腹橫肌、多裂肌等深層穩定肌群。
課程摒棄高強度爆發訓練,專注動作控制、身體排列與軀幹中立穩定,有效改善骨盆前傾、腰背痛、高低肩與核心無力等常見亞健康問題。同時強化四肢協調性,提升身體本體感覺。
適合初學入門 (5 classes experience)、久坐辦公族、腰背不適人群,以及想要規範普拉提基礎動作、筑牢核心根基的練習者。全程小班精準指導,幫助你找回身體控制能力,塑造挺拔體態,建立穩定且強健的核心力量。
Reformer Core & Stability
This Reformer Pilates class focuses on deep core activation and overall body stability, designed to fix improper muscle compensation caused by sedentary lifestyles and wrong daily postures.
Guided by professional instructors, trainees will practise controlled movements with reformer springs, sliding carriage and ropes. Combined with standard Pilates breathing and neutral spine alignment, the class targets deep stabilizer muscles including transverse abdominis and multifidus, rather than superficial muscle groups.
With low-impact and low-intensity training modes, this course relieves chronic lower back pain, corrects pelvic tilt, uneven shoulders and poor postures. It also improves body awareness, limb coordination and torso control.
Perfect for Pilates regular students (with at least 5 classes experience), office workers with long sitting hours, people with mild waist discomfort, and practitioners who need to consolidate basic Pilates skills. Small-class personalized guidance ensures safe and effective training, helping you build a solid core foundation and achieve aligned, graceful body posture.
