本節普拉提半高架核心床普拉提背部護理課程,透過專業半高架核心床器械進行訓練,以脊椎保養、腰背復健為核心目標,針對改善久坐族群常見的腰背痠痛、圓肩駝背、脊椎僵硬等體態問題與身體勞損狀況。課程為低衝擊訓練,適合健身新手、產後修復族群以及腰背亞健康人士,訓練過程不傷關節,亦無高強度劇烈運動。
課程由專業普拉提教練全程口令引導並即時矯正動作,利用器械彈簧可調式阻力,溫和牽引完整脊椎,放鬆緊繃僵硬的上背、肩頸與下腰背肌群;同時精準喚醒腹部深層核心以及背部穩定肌群,強化脊椎支撐力,從根源改善脊椎受力失衡的問題。

This Pilates Tower Back Care class adopts the Pilates Tower Reformer (semi-high core bed) as professional auxiliary equipment, focusing on relieving daily back discomfort, correcting poor postures and activating deep spinal core muscles. Aimed at office workers, fitness beginners, people with hunchback, rounded shoulders and mild lumbar soreness, this low-impact class is friendly to joints without strenuous jumping or brute force stretching.
Guided by professional instructors, students will follow controlled, slow and precise Pilates movements. The adjustable spring resistance of the semi-high core bed provides gentle traction for the spine, effectively relaxing tight latissimus dorsi, trapezius and lumbar muscles. Meanwhile, the class strengthens weak deep core and back stabilizer muscles to support the spinal column scientifically.
This course helps alleviate neck and lumbar fatigue caused by long-time sitting, restore natural spinal curvature, improve body alignment, and relieve chronic back stiffness.
