在練習瑜伽之後,我獲得平靜與安定的感受,更發現了身心的正向改變。我認為瑜珈不僅僅是體式,更是哲學、態度、精神、思想和身體。透過練習,可以傾聽自己的身體,更直接地了解內心感受並保持正念。之後接觸普拉提核心床,發現透過簡單的機器和彈簧,可以有效改善核心力量,同時也能幫助改善姿勢和舒緩關節壓力。希望在課堂中,大家都可以領略到Pilates reformer 的好處,重新認識自己的身體,更懂得欣賞自己。
